Stephanie and Jeff’s wedding took place at their family’s gorgeous cabin near Lake Almanor. Almanor is such a beautiful location that we had no shortage of places to take fantastic shots! We drove down a forest service road to get to the field below, which was surrounded by pine trees and right next to the lake.
Every time we shoot anywhere naturey, all we have to do is step outside to find a million cute little places for detail shots of the invitations, jewelry, rings, etc.
Chalkboard signs are always such a fun way to customize the decorations for your wedding!
Stephanie and Jeff held their ceremony next to the creek that runs behind the cabin.
After the ceremony, Stephanie and Jeff jumped in our car to head over by the lake for their bride and groom pics.
We crossed some railroad tracks on the way to the lake, and the light was so gorgeous that we had to stop for some pics there, too!
I think this might have been one of Dusty’s favorite cakes of all time with the little lego people spackling the back of the cake!
