Claire and Casey’s wedding took place at Cinnabar Hills in San Jose, and it was such a gorgeous day! We started off the day with pics of Claire getting ready with her bridesmaids at her family’s house nearby. Once everyone was ready, we headed up to Our Lady of Peace church in Santa Clara for the ceremony and then it was off to Cinnabar Hills for the reception. Cinnabar is in the hills south of San Jose and is surrounded by the most gorgeous oak trees and golden grass. The reception itself took place in the main ballroom at the club house, which had an amazing skylight over the dance floor and made for such perfect light for the dancing pics!

Barbara and Ben are from Arizona, so they took advantage of one of their wedding-planning trips here in California to do their engagement pics at Golden Gate Park. We started off at Stowe Lake, which has the most gorgeous stone bridge and beautiful tall trees. The lake surrounds a big island hill, and if you climb up to the the top there are absolutely no people there. It makes for the perfect place for quiet engagement shots! After Stowe Lake we walked over to Shakespeare’s Garden which has the cutest rows of flowery trees along a little stone path. It also has a fun stone bench that we absolutely love for pics!
Nicole and Jason had their wedding in Tahoe so they decided to hit up San Francisco for their Ever After pics! Our first stop was Potrero Hill to get some gorgeous shots of the SF skyline. That was the first time that we ever shot in that spot, and we were amazed at how perfect everything lined up for pics with the city in the background. That street looks nice and empty, but we were actually dodging cars in between every shot! After that we headed over to Hyde Street to get some fun pics with the trolleys and the hills. Then it was off to Baker Beach to complete our little tour of the city with shots of the Golden Gate Bridge. Nicole and Jason were totally up for walking in the tide line, so after we got all of the nice clean shots out of the way we had them take their shoes off and walk along the shore. It was so gorgeous!
